With gasoline prices escalating, oil production on the decline, and worries over climate change continuing, the Pioneer Valley Institute is hosting a forum: ”Building Sustainable Communities: Getting Around Without Gasoline” Thursday at 7 p.m. at Greenfield Community College’s Downtown Center.
